Location: Little Rock, Arkansas – 100% in-office

Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000+, commensurate with experience

Role in One Line

Manages accounting, audit, and financial statement review engagements for commercial construction clients — working directly with clients, owning assigned projects, and quickly growing into a book of business of their own.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and manage accounting work for commercial construction clients

• Perform audit, financial statement review, and other accounting work

• Work directly with clients and manage assigned engagements

• Analyze financial information and resolve accounting issues

• Manage deadlines and take ownership of assigned projects

• Collaborate with team members on client needs and accounting questions

• Build knowledge of clients and their businesses

• Quickly grow into managing your own book of business

Must Have

• 1–3 years of professional accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• Experience with audit or financial statement review work

• Experience working with construction clients

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and client service skills

Big Plus

• Commercial construction accounting experience

• Experience with construction bond programs
